The Jog for Jockeys 5km & 10km races are held annually at the Curragh Racecourse. All monies raised are donated to the Irish Injured Jockeys Fund.

These unique 5km and 10km routes allows participants to walk, jog or run on the iconic Curragh plains including running up the home-straight of the Curragh Racecourse – following in the hoof-prints of famous racehorses such as Nijinsky, Shergar, Sinndar, Galileo, High Chaparral and Australia.

The Jog For Jockeys event is a fun day out while supporting a worthy cause for the Injured Jockeys Funds.

The 5k is one loop of the racecourse and is open to Adults & Children.

The 10k covers the stunning landscape surrounding the Curragh, and the race course itself. If you are looking for something different than a normal 10k road race, this is the event for you. This is also ideal for pre Season Cross Country Training.

More information about the event can be found at www.jogforjockeys.ie.
